Tax Information

On March 27, 2020 the President signed H.R. 748 the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act or "CARES" Act that provides financial assistance for individuals and businesses as well as tax changes to relieve some of the financial burden as a result of the Covid19 pandemic.

On December 27, 2020 the Consolidated Appropriations Act was passed which created modifications to some of the CARES Act rules.

This page is specifically designated to help individuals, self-employed individuals, and business owners answer all their questions regarding stimulus payments, loans provided by the SBA, as well as other resources necessary for economic survival while the pandemic recedes.

Keep in mind that some of these rules are not final. They are subject to change based on the condition of the economy and needs of every taxpayer and business. We will try to update all information as soon as changes come to us.
